Bernard Tan

Bernard has nearly 15 years of experience practising property law and is the head of our property department.

Bernard has acted for both publicly listed and private developers and property trusts. He has acted on some of Australia's largest and complex developments including large subdivisons, strata title and community land developments, joint ventures, hotels and serviced apartments and property acquisitions and disposals.

Bernard provides commercial and practical advice to developers and property owners. His specialist areas include retirement villages and aged care and capital raisings for property projects. He was formerly legal counsel for one of Australia's largest retirement village and aged care developers.
