Miles Anderson

Miles has been practising exclusively in the area of banking and finance for over 10 years and is the head of our banking and finance department.

He acts for a broad range of lender clients including major institutions, fund managers, boutique lenders and private clients.

Miles also provides specialised advice to our commercial clients in relation to their financing requirements, including development finance, mezzanine funding and restructuring of existing financial arrangements.

This substantial experience, together with an extensive network of contacts in both the finance and development/construction industries, have equipped Miles with the ability to recognise and understand industry-specific issues, to provide creative and innovative solutions to problems, and to assist clients in their marketing and business development.
